Product Introduction:

Utilizing advanced lasers, high-end industrial robots, and control systems, a multi-axis flexible laser processing system is formed. Customized models are designed based on the shape and process requirements of the parts. It can perform laser quenching and repair processing on complex irregular parts such as molds.

Product Features and Advantages:

1. Laser quenching offers high power density and fast cooling speed, eliminating the need for cooling media such as water or oil.

2. Compared to induction hardening, flame hardening, and carburizing quenching processes, laser quenching provides a uniform hardened layer and higher hardness (generally 1-3 HRC higher than induction hardening).

3. Minimal workpiece deformation, easy control of heating depth and trajectory, and high automation potential. Unlike induction hardening, which requires designing specific induction coils for different part sizes, laser quenching avoids such limitations. It also overcomes the constraints of furnace size in chemical heat treatments like carburizing quenching for large parts.

4. Laser quenching is gradually replacing traditional processes such as induction hardening and chemical heat treatment. Most importantly, the deformation of workpieces before and after laser quenching is almost negligible, making it particularly suitable for surface treatment of high-precision parts.
